Polides® Architects is an architecture and interior design office founded by Turkish Architect Mahmut İkbal Yıldırım graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Kiev, Ukraine. We have more than 15 years of design experience worldwide. Our works with the belief that architecture and design should not only look aesthetically good but also benefit society and capture the spirit of the project site. We gained overseas experience in many projects in Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. We continue to projects in urban planning, mixed-use, high-rise buildings, commercial, office, hotel and residential in small and large scale projects.

As what we’re designing today is normally built in three to five years, we’re used to working with the future in mind. However, the future is changing faster than ever. Even the most accurate predictions can be made unnecessary with a sudden advance in technology. In today’s world, we are developing strategies that predict not only the future, but also possible future changes, to ensure that we no longer contribute to a loss of sustainable or inappropriate material and investment.
