The newest office building, well located relative to the city's main arteries.
The project has a modern expression with the dynamic facade used. The mass was supposed to break the 30-meter-long facade. While the second and third floors are drawn as a separate element, the stairwell divides the facade vertically to the south. Satisfactory access to daylight is solved by the glass surfaces accounting for 18.5% of the total heated building area.
