KOLOLO RESIDENCES

In our project, which consists of three blocks and is positioned according to the natural landscape and daylight, each flat has been designed with privacy in mind and facing a different view.

In the project, where a high quality living space and luxury are blended together, vertical circulation is provided with special elevators for each block, while private parking lots, gym, swimming pool, multi-purpose hall on the first floor and garden landscape and social living areas are created on the ground floor.

An ecological approach was displayed with sunshades and live plant panels used on the façade, and this approach was supported by floor gardens. Spacious living spaces, private dressing rooms and bathrooms on the normal floors, while the penthouses on the top floor have halls with gallery spaces, private pools and large terraces, wide balconies, on the axis of comfort and luxury.
